Drive through on the way home from a doctor visit. We needed a little food. Grabbed a 3 biggie bags. Food was fresh, hot and not just thrown together. The burgers were almost worthy of an advertisement. The staff was friendly and prompt. Didn't need to ask for anything like napkins or straws or condiments. They gave us the right amount of each and the sauces we chose during the ordering process. It's hard to mess up a Togo order but so many drive throughs do. This one got it right and even were pleasant about it. We take for granted fast food staff sometimes but it's still a service industry and being treated with a smile makes a difference especially when you have to deal with road rage and traffic. This Wendy's is worth a visit.

Sleeping Comfortably

Hi I understand this location is getting some bad reviews by the look of it. I just popped in to say my experience was perfect. I stopped in for a burger and the lady at the counter, Vicky, actually remembered the way I like to burger made (from the last time I stopped by weeks ago). The customer service was happy, fun to interact with, and the burger was great! Thank you to Vicky and the crew for a great visit!

This style had the best employees. So kind and made it easy for me to get my low carb Baconator. Best burger I've had in a long time. Loved that they put it in the salad bowl. It made it much better for me to eat my bunless Baconator. Extra lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and ranch dressing. So good!!! I'll be going back next week.

Everyone is always so nice here. Never gotten an order wrong and service is fast. The $5 Biggie Bag is a great deal, and so are the deals on the mobile app.

Food was good but we had to ask for ketchup even though we added it on the order and we also didn’t get napkins. Do better.

I used mobile order. Dine in option. Extremely long wait time in store for only a Dave’s single. Luckily, I was not in a rush. Also, I was compensated for my time with a free medium chocolate frosty. I appreciate the frosty, thank you. The Dave’s single was good and made to order with extra lettuce, tomato and onion. Other than the long wait in line, everything else was excellent. The drive thru seemed to be faster. If you are in a rush and using mobile order, try the drive thru option or perhaps curb side. Good luck.

In the world of fast food, it mostly would be hard to give 5 stars. I will say this particular Wendy's had hot, fresh fries, which is always a plus, and the food was good. Not great, not bad, but normal for Wendy's. The service was average. Again, for a late night meal at Wendy's, you shouldn't expect anything over the top. Again, the service wasn't bad, but there was nothing to write home about. It was normal. The restaurant was newly built so the atmosphere was nice considering everything was modern, including the bathroom which I tried out! If I happened to be on that road in the future and hungry, I'd stop there again.
